Official Rules – The
sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Truseal Technologies (“Truseal”). The
Sweepstakes shall be subject to these official rules, and by entering, all
participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Officers,
directors, employees, contractors and agents of Truseal and its affiliates,
subsidiaries, GlassBuild exhibitors and advertising and promotional agencies
(and the immediate family members of any such persons) are not eligible. Entry
Period – Efficient Vehicle
Sweepstakes starts at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on 10/6/08 and ends at 4:00
p.m. (Pacific Time) on 10/8/08. Entries must be received no later than 4:00
p.m. (Pacific Time) on 10/8/08. Limit one entry per person. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, booth attendees who are in receipt of Truseal postcards, sent
by Truseal pre-show, are eligible to submit one entry for each postcard held
by the entrant up to a maximum of six. All entries must be submitted at the
Truseal exhibit booth. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete,
misdirected or incompletely received including, but not limited to,
technological difficulties or problems will not be eligible. Prize
– Up to $10,000
toward a two-year lease on a 2008 Toyota Prius. Please note that the actual
car awarded may differ from the car shown in the GlassBuild booth. Frequency
of Drawing and Winner Selection – There
will be a total of one winner. The winner will
be contacted by Truseal for details on the nearest Toyota dealership, then
Truseal will provide up to $10,000 toward a two-year lease on the vehicle. Winner will be
selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries on the following
date: October 29, 2008. The prize will be
awarded to the winner within 15 working days after the drawing, subject to
manufacturer/distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Winner
will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone and Truseal shall use all
reasonable efforts to deliver the prize on time. The winner must be in
possession of a valid driver’s license and legally required automobile
insurance covering the vehicle prior to taking possession. |
Truseal shall
resolve all disputes related to this sweepstakes. Truseal’s decisions are,
and shall be, final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If
a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason,
the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner as selected by
Truseal. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash, and
winner may not elect to substitute one prize for another. If necessary due to
unavailability of a prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded
at the sole discretion of Truseal. Eligibility
– This Sweepstakes
is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (USA and
international residents having a valid driver’s license at the time of
entry). All entries must be submitted at the Truseal exhibition booth. Void
in states and/or countries where prohibited or restricted by law. Officers,
directors, employees, contractors and agents of Truseal and its affiliates,
subsidiaries, GlassBuild exhibitors, and advertising and promotional agencies
(and the immediate family members of any such persons) are not eligible. All
federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. General
Release/Governing Law – By
entering, all entrants release and waive any claim which may arise or which
they may have against Truseal and their respective employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents and related companies,
distributors, dealers and agencies and their respective successors and
assigns for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any
kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or
misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Sweepstakes
including, but not limited to, damages arising as a result of the failure of
a winner to qualify for an applicable Toyota lease. The winner’s name and
image may be utilized by Truseal or its agents as it deems appropriate from
time to time, and all entrants authorize the use of their name and image by
Truseal accordingly. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other
taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. This Sweepstakes
is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. The exclusive venue of any suit
or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from this Sweepstakes shall
be in the state of Ohio. |
